Jim’s deep expertise in distribution and warehouse operations sets him apart in the industry. His career began on the ground floor at Canada Safeway, where he advanced from hourly roles to key management positions.
Throughout his career, Jim gained invaluable experience and mentorship while working with leading organizations such as Kroger, Blockbuster, JCPenney, Zale Corporation, and Verizon Wireless—building a strong foundation of operational excellence, leadership, and strategic insight.
Guided by a firm belief that transparency and honesty are the cornerstones of lasting partnerships, Jim brings the same integrity he learned in operations to his work in staffing. He is driven by a passion for people and performance, focusing on forging genuine relationships and connecting exceptional talent with outstanding companies.
Oscar proudly served in the United States Military as an Army Pathfinder for 8 years. He comes to Bluecore with several years of operational management, supply chain, and distribution experience. He currently oversees our recruiting team. Oscars incorporates “Best Practices” ensuring Bluecore’s vetting process is second to none, he’s a frontline leader and is engaged with each of our clients to ensure Bluecore meets and exceeds their expectations.
